How do you cook your turkey? Do you roast, brine, fry, grill? Do you make a whole bird, breast only, boneless? What's your method? Last year I grilled three 7 lb. breasts that were slathered with a mix of butter, garlic, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme, which I rubbed under and over the skin then I put a little broth in the bottom of the pans, stuck it on the grill and they were done in a little over 2 hours and they were so flavorful, juicy and delicious! This method works good for my family because they're all white meat eaters plus I have my whole oven free for all the sides that day! I'd love to hear yours
